Banana Heart

Banana heart, or jantung pisang..the shape is as what you see. I always heard people are saying body shape of jantung pisang.....hmmm is the same as what you see? I believe it must refer to the their wings always position themself in front of the body with slightly open up a little. the body must be like a banana heart shape which indicating a "slim body builder".

Hope one my chicks when grow bigger would carry this kind of characteristic...haha...day dream...mimpi siang kot noh..

Anak Naga

Today, after nearly 21 days the lady of dragon incubated the eggs, they hatched successfully with 6 chicks running around. Kind of unbelievable as i thought they would not be any of them, reason is never seen them made love. Even i had to buy a remaja chick in case i could not get those eggs hatched.

HHmmm, the father must be very strong as out of 7 eggs, 6 of them hatched, considering he is the first timer.

Headless Serama

This is the BOTB serama that showing its speciality by moving its head backward until appear headless. Ha...it must has its stamina and muscle endurance to pull back its head and neck back to normal when come to eating time. This bird has ever offered at 20k, but owner is not selling....,

Reban Serama

Itu dia, breeding cage for serama. Equipped with locks and mosquitoes nets, the serama would be happy enough to stay inside for the purpose of breeding and the tuan ayam would be sleeping peacefully in the night as security is ensured. Alamak..who is that guy peeping into the cage..hahaha...

Hmm..., How is it? Really like to own this bird but it is too expensive. Anybody now how much it costs? Hehe...

See, this is my dream car... i wish to own such a nice car but as its name dictate, it is just a wish. Hmmm...Not many of us are able to buy one due to its high cost which could equal to buying a house. Will see by next year, AFTA fully implemented, hope it will reduce the price to affordable one..Eeeerrrrr hope so.

Serama Beauty Contest- Bachok(Kelantan) 8/8/09

Pleased be informed that there will be a Serama competition organized by Majlis Belia Daerah Bachok on 8/8/09. The most attractive one is the lucky draw of 5k,3k,2k..and so on. You got a chance also to sell female serama to Dr Zul who is looking for one to match with his newly purchased BOTB serama nickname..Yellow Submarine ( Beatles did sing this song..haha..). So, please polish your chick as shine as possible for this upcoming attractive and lucrative game. Doesn't need a good quality one, just strike for the bonanza lucky draw will do...haha...

Durian farm visit-Balik Pulau

For most malaysians, the most delicious fruit are durians. They ..since youngs have addicted to it in many ways. Some are by parents influence, some naturally charmed by the sting smell of durian sellers by the road side or Night Market. They have no choice but attacked by the juicy fruit king since born.

In Penang island, where most of its hilly land stood the durian trees. They have their own names with their different taste and smell, as the like of "Ang Yeh", "Kunyit" and bla bla bla...Last weekend, i had a chance to visit a durain farm of a friend.

It took me 15 minutes to reach balik pulau town from bayan lepas, after meeting friend there we start our journey to the durian farm. Have to drive some distance passing some beautiful villages( managed to see some beautiful mandarin ducks swimming in the pond) before i can reach the hill side. Imagine fresh morning air flushing towards your face when you were winding down your window, what a release of work tension temporarily(haha!).

We have 3 cars in total snaking up the small meander hilly road ( cater for one way only) with 30 deg uphill condition. Being only driving a manual small car, i had to put low gear to push my car upwards. I could not talk much in the car as i paid full attention of my rusty climbing skills. Balancing and juggling pedal and clutch to tame my machine to function well. Lastly...Phew...we arrived destination. The rest, we enjoy the fruit..durian, rambutan, mangosteen, cempedak not after some uphill walking.

This is the cousin chick of the yellow youth serama, however it has green color legs. Show some potential in such young tender age. Hopefully, it will have the style of standing as his age advanced.

Youth Stage

As per up to date photo of this yellow chick, now is considered in

youth stage, see how he stands firmly and straight with his wings nicely put vertically covering his legs. He can be trained to join competition for coming months.....

Yellow Chick got future?

How is this young chick future? By looking at his bodyshape, it does has "wow" factor in serama world. But most importantly, competition serama need to be able to perform on the table. It is heard that not all serama can perform and only some good bloodline chick that developed by the breeders are able to. Will show how high points will be given to competition serama when I have the pictures.

Finding Serama Chick

In order to find a real show off Serama chick, I had to travel to K.T with friend to get one. I have been informed and told that current trend of show off bird bloodline breeders putting a lot of effort in cross breeding and inbreeding to find a complete serama in the aspect of beautiful body and show off quality. It is worth to visit there as you can see many breeders have their own bloodline to show off . Truth to my opinion, i managed to see some of those top class chick as the photo shown. Those chicks are inherited in good bloodline of show off quality and bodyshape. I like Yellow coated Serama than others eventhought it is heard that "fighting cock" color is more sought. These 2 serama chicks as photo shown are the Champ bloodlines that most enthusiasts are looking for. They are the front runners in local showbird competition and have won many many trophies and make their owner proud of them.
